Package settings

Here's how to create a package in your Clinic Settings: 

1) Navigate to the profile icon in the top right corner and select Clinic settings.

 

2) Select the Billing tab and then navigate to Packages. 

3) Click + Add

 

4) Enter Package Name, Package Price, Expiration, and Number of Uses: 

  • Package Name
  • Package Price (total price patient will pay for package at time of purchase)
  • Expiration (if package expires, enter expiration timeframe - if package does not expire, indicate) 
  • Total number of uses (how many times this package can be applied) 

 

5) Select Eligible Treatments and/or Eligible Billing Codes. 

  • If your package covers an entire visit, select the relevant treatment type under Eligible Treatments. 
  • If your package covers a specific billing code, select the relevant billing code under Associated Billing Codes. 

 

6) Finish entering package details. 

  • Additional Patient Payment per Use (additional charge when a package ‘visit’ is applied)
  • Eligible Providers
  • Eligible Locations

 

7) Remember to hit Save!
