When ChiroUp detects duplicate patient records in your system, you will have the option to merge all duplicates into one record.
Here's how to merge duplicate patient records:
1) Navigate to Merge Patients under the Admin tab.
2) Select which patients you wish to merge, and click the Merge button.
You can also review the Merge plan to review each patient record that will be merged into one.
3) Review and confirm the merge.

💡Pro Tip
ChiroUp will also alert you of potential duplicates when you add a new patient. To bypass, simply click Create anyway. Click Go to patient to review an existing patient record before proceeding.
