Add a memos to a patient record

Memos are notes that can be added to a patient's record. 

Here’s how to add a memo to a patient’s record:

1. Navigate to the patient's record using the Search patients bar.

2. Navigate to the Memos tab.

3. Click the + icon to create a new memo.

4. Enter memo details: select the category of the memo, and make the note. Click Save!

The memo will now display in the Memos tab of the patient’s record.
