Disconnect a kiosk

🔐 Only Admin and Front Office users have the authority to set up a kiosk.

Here's how to disconnect a kiosk from your ChiroUp account: 

1) Navigate to Clinic settings.

2) From your clinic settings, select the Kiosks tab and choose the kiosk you wish to disconnect. 


3) Select Disconnect to unpair your kiosk. 


Once you have clicked “Disconnect” and the kiosk is no longer visible under the “Kiosk” tab, that kiosk is no longer associated with your ChiroUp account. 

*Note: If no kiosks are located in the Kiosks tab, then you do not have a kiosk paired.
