Navigate to the Communications detail module found on the left panel of an encounter to send and request different types of communication to the patient.
Here is a breakdown of each item in the Communications detail:
Request info: Request additional information from the patient, such as functional disability surveys.
Condition report: Create and send a condition report outlining the patient's condition, treatment goals, outcome measures, and home exercises (including login instructions for HealthCom to access exercise videos at home).
Exercise plan: Create and send an exercise plan detailing home exercises (including login instructions for HealthCom to access exercise videos at home).
Request review: Manually request that your patient leave you a Google review!
Initial report: Create an initial report letter to your patient’s PCP, informing them about the diagnosis and sharing the patient’s care plan.
Interim report: Create an interim report letter to your patient’s PCP as an update as your patient progresses through care.
Release report: Create a release report letter to your patient’s PCP, informing them that you’ve released the patient from your care and sharing care plan outcomes.
The Activity feed notates all interactions with or on behalf of the patient. You can manually add an activity using the “+” icon.
