Disconnecting a Kiosk

🔐 Only Admin and Front Office users have the authority to set up a kiosk.

Here's how to disconnect a kiosk from your ChiroUp account: 

1) Navigate to Clinic settings

2) Navigate to the Kiosk tab and select the Kiosk you wish to disconnect. 

3) Click Disconnect to unpair your kiosk.

Once you have clicked “Disconnect” and the kiosk is no longer visible under the “Kiosk” tab, the kiosk has been successfully disconnected!

*Note: If no kiosks are located in the Kiosks tab, then you do not have a kiosk paired.
