Max Payor Allowed Amounts

The Max Payor Allowed Amount feature enables you to set a maximum amount a payor will cover for a single visit. This amount accounts for both the payor's and patient's responsibility across all services for that visit.

How to Set the Max Payor Allowed Amount:

1) Navigate to the profile icon in the top right-hand corner and click on Databases.

2) You will then be taken to the Payors tab. Find and select the payor for which you want to set the maximum allowed amount.

3) Enter the Maximum Allowed Amount on the field labeled Max Allowed Amount Per Visit.  This amount includes both the payor's responsibility and the patient's portion for that visit. This field is empty by default. If there's a specific limit for that payor, ensure to add an amount.

4) Once you've entered the amount, click Save to apply the changes.
