If you are using TriZetto as an integrated clearinghouse with ChiroUp, you need to enter your account's Site ID and SFTP password into your clinic's billing profile(s). 

Here's how to enter your TriZetto Site ID & SFTP Password into ChiroUp: 

1. Navigate to the profile icon in the top right corner and select Clinic settings.

2. Select the Billing tab and ensure you have the Profiles screen open. 

3. Select your billing profile to open the details panel. 

4. Scroll to the TriZetto Credentials section to enter your Site ID and SFTP Password. 

Click Test Credentials. This will connect your TriZetto and ChiroUp accounts. 

The system will alert you if the Site ID or SFTP is incorrect. Double check that you are entering the correct credentials. We recommend copying and pasting to ensure accurate entry! 

5. Remember to click Save!

How do I find my TriZetto Site ID and SFTP?

Site ID:

Your TriZetto Site ID will be a string of numbers/letters that looks something like this: 5ABC

Hint: Your TriZetto Site ID will likely be in the subject line of the emails you receive from TriZetto!

SFTP: 

Your TriZetto rep sends the SFTP to you in your Welcome Email. It will likely either be in the body of the email, or attached as an Excel document. If it is attached as an Excel document, open up the protected document to view the SFTP. It will be a longer string of numbers, letters, and characters that looks something like this: Fm_5WOgG8hG0PllD57n

Hint: Use Copy/Paste to copy the SFTP from the TriZetto email to ChiroUp. The SFTP is case sensitive!
