Here's how to upload a batch ERA response:
1) Navigate to the Billing tab located in the left-side panel. Select ERAs.
2) Click the green +ERA button.
3) Proceed with entering required adjudication information from the ERA.
💡Pro tips:
- Remittance date is the date you received the remittance (this is important in order to reconcile the date with the number in the bank)
- ACH is the most common payment method
- Reference number is where you can input a payment reference number if there is one available
- In order to save the batch ERA entry, your individual remittance amounts must match what is entered at the top in the Total Payment Amount field.
After entering and saving your batch ERA, the response will automatically be applied to your selected invoices. You will still need to review and post the invoices.
4) Navigate click the ERA you would like to review/post under the ERAs tab of Billing.
5) From here you can review individual line item invoices as well as post the payments.
