Here's how to upload an individual ERA response:
1) Navigate to the Billing tab located in the left-side panel. Select Claims.
You can only upload ERAs for claims in the Submitted status, so select the Submitted status filter.
2) Select the claim that corresponds with the ERA you have to upload. (hint: use the filters at the top to more easily navigate to the specific claim).
This will open up the claim screen.
3) Click the green ERA button at the bottom of the claim screen.
4) Fill in relevant details including payment method, payment amount, status, and confirm pre-populated details.
5) For each service item enter remittance amount and add adjustments.
To add adjustment, click the Add Adjustment Group button.
6) Enter adjustment group and reason for each adjustment on the ERA, utilizing the Add Adjustment Group, Add item, and Add remark buttons as necessary.
7) After entering adjustments for each service, click Save at the bottom of the screen.
8) The claim status will change to Paid. The claim screen will also display a summary of the claim details under Billed Services.
