Identify duplicated claim responses

Sometimes it's possible that a duplicated ERA claim response may be uploaded into your account. When this happens, these duplicates can be deleted. 


Typically, when an ERA is uploaded, and no line item exists for the ERA, and there are no alerts that there are orphans, that means it's a duplicate. If you suspect an ERA is a duplicate, you can verify by matching the Trace Numbers. 

If you have identified a duplicated ERA, the blank duplicated response can be deleted using the Delete button.
