1. Log into your TriZetto account.
2. Navigate to Manage Claims > View Claim File Reconciliation.
3. Filter by Date the claim was submitted.
4. Confirm the status is Processed.
Here's how to confirm that an ERA in TriZetto was downloaded (with the TriZetto Clearinghouse Integration):
1. Log into your TriZetto account.
2. Navigate to Manage Claims > View Insurance Payments (Remittances).
3. Filter by the date range that the response was received & indicate Show Archived (Previously Downloaded) Remittances
4. Look for the “Check Number” that matches a “Trace Number” in ChiroUp. If “Download Date” exists, that tells us the ERA was previously downloaded
