Discounts

To implement discounts for transactins, you will start by configuring the discounts in your billing settings.


Here's how to add discounts:

1) Navigate to the profile icon in the top right corner and select Clinic settings.

 

2) Select the Billing tab and ensure you have the Discounts screen open. 

3) Click the +Add button.

 

4) Enter details including discount name, dicount structure, and the amount. 

 

💡 Pro-tip: 

  • $ Override:  Total charge that the patient will owe for their purchase (overriding original total). 
  • $ Discount: Dollar amount discounted from total. 
  • % Discount: Percentage deducted from total. 
 

 

5) After adding your discounts, you'll be able to view them all. You can then apply a discount to any purchase without billing codes.
