Here's how to change an appointment status to No Show:
1) Select the appointment you want to mark as a No Show.
2) Click the ellipsis button in the top right corner, and select No Show.

3) You have the option to apply a No Show fee.

Once you successfully mark the appointment as a No Show, the No Show icon will appear at the top of the screen, and a red no-show icon will show on the schedule block.

Notes!
- You can only mark an appointment as a no-show if the appointment has not been checked in already.
- To correct an appointment that was accidentally marked as a no-show, click the ellipsis button in the top right corner again and select Cancel No Show.
