ChiroUp's Inactivity lock timeout setting lets your clinic automatically sign users out after a period of inactivity. Enable a timeout period to help protect patient information and reduce the risk of unauthorized access on unattended devices.

Here's where to set an Inactivity lock timeout: 

1. Navigate to Clinic Settings and then to the General Tab. 

2. Set an Inactivity lock timeout timeframe. 

3. Don't forget to click Save!

After your set amount of time, users logged into your clinic will automatically be logged out. They will be prompted to either sign back in with their password or pin or logout completely. 

Here's how to set a PIN to easily log back in when timed-out: 

1. Navigate to User Settings. 

2. Click Set up session PIN. 

3. Set your PIN and enter your current password. Once set, you'll be able to log back in to ChiroUp when timed-out with your PIN!
