ChiroUp users may elect to implement multi-factor authentication (MFA) in addition to their standard user password. Enabling MFA requires users to provide an additional verification factor (phone number) to gain access to their ChiroUp account. MFA provides a layered defense against unauthorized access. 

Here's how to enable MFA: 

1) Navigate to the profile icon in the top right corner and select User settings.

2) Select Enable MFA under the General tab.

3) Enter your mobile phone number, then click Enable MFA.

4) Enter the verification code sent to your mobile device, then click Enable MFA to confirm. 

Logging into MFA Enabled Accounts:

Each subsequent login will require users to enter the new verification code that is automatically sent to their designated mobile number.
