To access and switch between dark mode and light mode in ChiroUp: 

1) Navigate to "Settings" in the upper right-hand corner of ChiroUp.

2) Click on "User Settings". 

3) Switch the Dark Mode toggle on to activate it, or switch it off to deactivate it.
