Here's how to create a new exercise, ADL, treatement, test, etc: 

1) Navigate to the appropriate tab under the left side panel (e.g., Clinical evaluations, Treatment techniques, Exercises, Advice, modalities, supplements & supplies, tests, or My treatment desc.) and select +Add in the top right corner. 

For this example, we will create an exercise!

2) Enter the desired information in the fields provided, and press Save to confirm.
