Download an electronic 835 file or PDF copy of your ERA directly from the ERA view screen!
Open any ERA, including those received from an integrated clearinghouse or uploaded from a non-integrated clearinghouse, and click the ellipsis (⋯) icon in the top-right corner.
💡Pro Tip:
You can only download an ERA if its been added electronically to ChiroUp (either via a clearinghouse integration or an 835 upload from a non-integrated clearinghouse).
Download options are not available if an ERA has been manually entered.
